Description
Minimum of five years of field sales experience, two years minimum in GI medical devices.
The candidates, preferred background will be in GI medical capital or GI device sales, with specific knowledge of flexible endoscopy market and pulmonology specialties.
The candidate must have received formal sales training (Fortune 500 Company) and has worked for no more than three companies in their career.
Skill sets:
1. Familiarity with the process of introducing new technology to the market
2. Experienced in developing relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies
3.Knowledgeable in selling to academic/teaching centers and early adopters
4. Understands how to implement sales strategies to accelerate physician adoption and utilization of new technology
5. Has exceptional verbal and oral presentation skills
6. Exhibits impeccable communication skills
7. Ability to effectively multi-task Working environment: Candidate will be part of multi person sales team in the US and manage a territory, which will cover multiple states. Candidate is expected to work in an autonomous environment while being accountable for quarterly and annual sales targets.
8. Candidate will report to Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
9. Candidate should reside in a major market – 70% Travel Required.
10. BS with technical or business degree is preferred.
